Terms of Business :

 Calibration will be done as per our procedure.

 For at site Calibration Following charges to be added –

 To and Fro Traveling .
ii
 Lodging, Boarding and Local Conveyance to be arranged by you.
iii
 Handling Charges extra at actual.

 For before & after calibration (AS Per QS requirement) 40% will be charged extra on Prices quotated.
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOREIGN CLIENTS.
TRACEABILITY : Calibration Certificate issued by us establish Traceability to
National/International Standards.
DELIVERY : Within weeks time.
DEMURRAGE : If the instruments are not collected within 30 days from the date of
Proforma Invoice, the demmurage will be Charged @ 5% Per
week per Consignment. 100 % against Proforma Invoice
PAYMENT : 100 % against Proforma Invoice Through Bank T/T
MATERIAL HANDLING:

Extra at actuals. We do not hold ourselves responsible for any

damage/loss after the goods are delivered to your
Representative/Transporter/Courier.

INSURANCE : To and Fro by you. All transit risks are to your A/C.
Custom Duty : Octroi duty is applicable, @ 5% on the declared value of your
instruments. Please note that we are not responsible for hold-up
instruments at the limits of Pune Municipal Corporation, because of
incomplete documents with the consignment for Octroi clearance
at Pune.
TAXES & DUTIES : Extra as applicable.
JURISDICTION : All disputes subject to Pune India Jurisdiction.
